Evolon® textile is made of extremely fine microfilaments which are tightly entangled thanks to high pressure jets of pure water. As a result, Evolon® is a very dense and compact fabric, which creates a perfect protective layer against allergen particles.
With no coating, Evolon® provides a comfortable soft feel with no “plastic” effect, and is truly breathable: the water vapour generated by sweating during sleeping is transported through the micro air channels and dries very quickly.
There are no mite-killing chemical post-treatments which could affect health.
Being lightweight and drapable, Evolon® is the ideal solution for pillow and comforter encasings, as well as mattress encasings.
Thanks to microfilament dimensional stability, Evolon® can be washed and re-washed at 95°C with durable performance.
